Return Policy
1. You are making a purchase from Hays Media LLC, the charge on your account will show up as “Money Site Intelligence”
2. In order to assure the quality of our products, refund requests or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all course content, bonuses, community access, and other content received as part of the purchase.
3. If you wish to terminate your account and receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase, you must notify us in the form of a support ticket by emailing [email protected] to receive 100% the amount paid at the time of purchase returned to the original funding source. After 30 days, refunds are no longer permitted for course purchases and monthly subscription purchases.
4. You agree that we make no assurance, representation, or promise regarding future income or earnings or that you will make a specific amount of money or that you will make any money at all. There is no assurance that past success or results may be an indication of your success or results.
5. Products that include a free trial period to a subscription service will automatically process the renewal transaction after the disclosed trial period. To prevent autorenewal cancellation submissions must be made via support ticket by emailing [email protected] 48 hours prior to the scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted in any other manner may not be received by our staff and will not be guaranteed. Cancellation is immediate upon request and prorated refunds for unused portions of the term will not be issued.
