Refund Policy
1. You are making a purchase from SCPS Technologies LLC, the charge on your account will show up as “SCPS Technologies LLC”
2. The purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees that, subsequent to the acquisition of access to the AI & Traffic Summit 2024 live event, a request for cancellation and subsequent refund of the purchase price may be made only through submission of a written notification to [email protected]. Such request for a refund must be received no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the 29th day of March, of the calendar year in which the purchase was made, contingent upon the purchaser’s dissatisfaction with the purchased product. It is expressly understood that no requests for refunds will be entertained or processed subsequent to the aforementioned deadline.
3. The purchaser hereby agrees and acknowledges that, following the acquisition of the Wordform AI Bundle, Double-Your-Credit Bonus, or AI Image Upgrade, a request for cancellation and a refund of the purchase price may only be effected through the submission of a written notification to [email protected]. Such refund request must be lodged within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, predicated upon the purchaser’s dissatisfaction with the acquired product and that the purchaser has followed the Welcome Training available within the member’s area. It is explicitly stipulated that no refund requests will be considered or honored following the expiration of the specified fourteen (14) day period, the purchase has not created or generated at least one (1) article within in the software, or the user has not created his or her own site using he instructions within the Welcome Training.
4. In all other cases, sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.
5. You agree that we make no assurance, representation, or promise regarding future income or earnings or that you will make a specific amount of money or that you will make any money at all. There is no assurance that past success or results may be an indication of your success or results.
6. Products that include a free trial period to a subscription service will automatically process the renewal transaction after the disclosed trial period. To prevent autorenewal cancellation submissions must be made via support ticket by emailing [email protected] 48 hours prior to the scheduled billing date (“one step cancellation policy”). Cancellation requests submitted in any other manner may not be received by our staff and will not be guaranteed. Cancellation is immediate upon request and prorated refunds for unused portions of the term will not be issued.
